Much more interesting than the stats… here are some random facts that have made me the Yoga teacher I am today.

“Megan’s Breathe class has become my favorite way to recenter, destress, and reconnect with myself. These sessions consistently bring me a night of deep, restful sleep. I hope to carry this practice into my daily routine. 10 out of 10 every time.”
