I founded SONDER® in 2020 because I was craving a community that is dedicated to holistic wellness. In the early days, I jumped into the schedule as often as possible. Now that we’ve grown to a full operation with 12 teachers and 40+ classes per week, I’ve turned my focus to Yoga & Pranayama— both important for self development. Allow me to welcome you into a studio class or you can join me online.
