Megan Twining is a Yoga therapist, Yoga educator, and the founder and director of SONDER® Through the experience of her own transformation she came to regard Yoga as a science of self responsibility. Contentment might just be the most radical state of the modern age! What freedom to feel whole - exactly as you are. No fear, no voids, no temptation to do or be more! How does Yoga help? New dimensions of joy and hospitality open up when you slow down, allow stillness, silence, and rest. The philosophy of Yoga, and your own experience applying it in your life is what will lead you inward where you will know that peace is with you.
